The arrangement of these 192 wires may be divided into 4 groups, one of which has 48 wires. In order to process the entire probe more conveniently and quickly, it is often required that these 48 wires be staggered with two colored wires. In the early days, we used two colors of wires staggered one by one, which was slow and inefficient. After improvement, first fill up the lines of one color, then take out a line every other place, and then arrange the taken lines to the back, then take out a line every other place, and so on, until the empty place is lined up with the lines of one color. line, and then line up another color of line in the empty space. This time, we added an auxiliary part to the old wiring tool. For example, the old tool was arranged with a center distance of 0.5mm, then the new auxiliary part was made with a center distance of 1mm, and the 1mm auxiliary part was used to arrange the third row. Lines of one color and lines of another color can fill the empty space with a center distance of 0.5mm.
