2. Consumers from the purchase of our ultrasonic transducer parts within a month, if the company's technical personnel confirmed that the product is not damaged, with the purchase certificate, can support the return service; If there is a fault within a month, has not been removed or repaired, the company's technical personnel confirmed that the fault is under the circumstances of normal use, you can enjoy the replacement and return service with the purchase certificate. Within a year, the occurrence of non-human fault, with the purchase of vouchers, you can enjoy the warranty service.

 

3. Consumers in our company to repair the endoscope, If the company's technical personnel confirmed that the product can be used normally, do not support a return or replacement; If there is a fault within 15 days, has not been removed or repaired, the company's technical personnel confirmed that the fault is under the circumstances of normal use, you can enjoy the replacement and return service with the purchase certificate.
